Repair Service Request Page

To request a repair service please first read our short instructions below. The 'Request Now' button on the bottom will open our repair ticket system page.

PACKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please pack your equipment with sufficient cushioning inside the box to prevent further damage during transport. You MUST INCLUDE a paper with Full Name, Address, Email and Phone number. Add your Emails with Support, Screenshots or a short written explanation so we can clearly see at first glance: Who you are and what service you need.

STEP 01: ENTER YOUR DETAILS

    Keep it short but detailed! Use the Remarks / Comments field to describe the situation so we can start to diagnose or repair as fast as possible.

    COURIER SERVICES: 

    You can select '

    1. Please ONLY use GLS, DPD or UPS to ship to us!
    2. Post Service is NOT recommended!
    3. We can provide return labels for most regions in Europe, if not possible you will be notified after ticket creation.
    4. You will pay for the return label with the final repair invoice.
    5. Free return labels are provided for Warranty Repairs of course.
    Sidenote: Our shipping contracts offer discounted price rates for shipping labels. In most cases it would be cheaper and more convenient if you let us provide the shipping label for you.

    STEP 02 (A): SELECT PRODUCTS [OPTIONAL]

    This section is for you to select the product you want us to repair. The 'Sr # /Part #/ SKU' field is optional (it might be on the packaging). In the 'Your Comments' field you can further describe your problem or request for this particular product.

    STEP 02 (B): PRODUCT IMAGE(S) [OPTIONAL]

    Please provide some pictures or photos that describe the issues or show the damage. You can also add a picture to show your final box for shipping.
