Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times at Checkout
- At Checkout: Upon entering your shipping address, you will see available carriers, each with specific rates and delivery estimates for full transparency.
- Standard Shipping: Rates vary by order value and destination, with estimated delivery times shown at checkout. Standard shipments typically take 2–5 days. These shipments use land freight, and the delivery speed depends on the distance from our Austrian warehouse.
- Express Shipping: Express options, particularly UPS Express, generally deliver within 24–48 hours for most countries. Delivery times may vary depending on location and are extended for remote areas.
Order Processing and Carrier Pickup Windows
Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same or next business day. Stock levels are shown on each product page for your convenience. Backordered items are sourced directly from the manufacturer, often already en route to our warehouse via our Express import arrangements. While most backordered items ship within 5–10 days, we strive to keep this timeframe as short as possible.
We recommend placing orders by 12:00 noon to increase the likelihood of same-day dispatch. Carrier pickup windows are:
- UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, and PostAT: Pickups between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
- GLS: Pickup around 5:00 pm.
These times may vary slightly based on carrier workload. If delays are anticipated or a substitution to a readily available product would speed up delivery, we will notify you via email.
Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders
Free standard shipping is available when your order meets minimum values:
- European Countries: Free on orders over €100, €250, or €500, depending on destination.
- Austria’s Neighboring Countries (excluding Switzerland): Free for orders over €100 or €250.
- Austria: Free on orders over €100.
Special Shipping Considerations for Backordered and Limited Stock Items
Certain products may display “lead time,” “pre-order,” or “limited stock” availability. These can be ordered and will be shipped according to the estimated availability, shown by clicking the small question mark symbol. If a backordered item cannot be ordered, please contact our support team.

Express Shipping Restrictions for Battery Shipments
Certain restrictions apply to express shipments containing batteries due to safety guidelines:
- Batteries over 4500mAh or 100Wh are not eligible for express shipping.
- Drone orders can include up to two batteries under 4500mAh or 100Wh.

- All product prices listed for your country are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes.

- We are based in Austria and ship internationally
- Post-Brexit regulations mean that shipments to the UK may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by UK customs authorities.
- Customers are responsible for any such charges that may apply upon delivery.

- During checkout, VAT is not included in the total price. Please ensure you are aware of your country's import regulations and any potential additional costs before completing your purchase.
