A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed profession.

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Patrionic GmbH, Murfeldsiedlung 20, 8111 Gratwein-Str., Austria, Tel.: +43 681 20421204, Email: service@iflight-rc.eu) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Returns can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, are not citizens of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.

General Notes

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
  2. Please do not send goods back to us freight collect (i.e., with postage unpaid).
  3. Please note that the above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

C. Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
