At iFlight Europe, we continuously optimize our shipping network to provide fast delivery times, reliable premium carriers, and competitive shipping rates across Europe and worldwide.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed directly at checkout based on your destination country and order contents.

Most orders are carefully packed and dispatched on the same or next business day (Monday–Friday).


Smart Dynamic Shipping Rates

Our shipping system dynamically adjusts shipping rates based on:

  • Destination country
  • Order value
  • Package size and weight
  • Battery contents
  • Carrier restrictions

The higher your order value, the lower your shipping costs — with free shipping available for many destinations.

Dynamic shipping progress and current free shipping thresholds are displayed directly on product pages and in the shopping cart.

This allows us to provide fair and optimized shipping pricing while continuing to use reliable premium shipping services.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Transparent Shipping Rates

Once you enter your shipping address during checkout, all available shipping methods, carriers, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed in full transparency.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping carrier
  • Package dimensions and weight
  • Battery shipping restrictions
  • Customs and import requirements

Small orders may have proportionally higher shipping costs due to fixed carrier and handling expenses, while higher-value orders benefit from partially subsidized shipping rates.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown directly at checkout for each available shipping method.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within Europe usually takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on destination country and distance from our Austrian warehouse.

Standard shipments are primarily transported via road freight.

Express Shipping

Express services such as UPS Express, DHL Express, and FedEx International Priority typically deliver within 24–48 hours for most European destinations.

Remote areas and international destinations may require additional transit time.

Delivery Estimates Disclaimer

All delivery times displayed at checkout are non-binding estimates and not guaranteed delivery commitments.

Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier workload, holidays, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.


Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Most in-stock orders are packed and shipped on the same or next business day (Monday–Friday).

To increase the likelihood of same-day dispatch, we recommend placing your order before 12:00 noon (CET).

Approximate carrier pickup windows:

  • UPS, FedEx, DHL Express & Austrian Post: between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm
  • GLS: approximately 5:00 pm

Pickup times may vary slightly depending on carrier workload and seasonal volume.

Orders Placed After Noon

Orders placed after 12:00 noon (CET) may be shipped on the following business day depending on carrier pickup schedules, order volume, and processing requirements.

While we always aim for the fastest possible dispatch, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed for orders placed later in the day.

If delays are expected or product substitutions could significantly speed up delivery, our support team may contact you via email.


Carefully Packed Shipments

We use high-quality packaging materials to ensure your products arrive safely and securely.

Every order is packed carefully by hand — not simply thrown into a box. Sensitive FPV electronics, batteries, and high-value components receive additional protective packaging to minimize the risk of transport damage.

Our goal is to provide a premium shipping and unboxing experience from dispatch to delivery.


Backorders, Pre-Orders & Limited Stock Items

Certain products may display:

  • Lead Time
  • Pre-Order
  • Limited Stock

Estimated availability information is displayed directly on the product page.

Backordered products are often already in transit to our warehouse through our express import logistics network. Most backordered items ship within approximately 5–10 business days, although actual delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability and transport conditions.

If a backordered item cannot currently be ordered, please contact our support team.

Split Shipments

Orders containing backordered items, batteries, or products with shipping restrictions may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and carrier limitations.

International Shipping & Import Duties

Non-EU Countries (DAP Incoterm)

For countries outside the European Union, shipments are generally sent under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place).

This means:

  • Product prices displayed for your country are exclusive of import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees
  • Import taxes and duties are not included during checkout
  • Applicable charges are collected by the local customs authority or shipping carrier upon arrival

Customers are responsible for all applicable import charges in their destination country.

Failure to pay required import charges may result in shipment delays, returns, customs destruction, or additional carrier fees.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally experience customs-related delays outside our control.

Customs processing times vary depending on destination country and local regulations.


United Kingdom (UK) – DDP Shipping

United Kingdom customers benefit from DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

This means:

  • Import VAT and duties are calculated and collected directly during checkout
  • No additional customs charges are collected upon delivery in most cases

This allows for a smoother and faster delivery experience.


Switzerland & Other Non-EU Countries

Import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees may apply depending on local regulations and customs processing requirements.

We strongly recommend reviewing your local import regulations before placing an order.


Battery Shipping Restrictions

Due to international air freight safety regulations, restrictions apply to shipments containing lithium batteries.

Express Shipping Restrictions

  • Batteries exceeding 4500mAh or 100Wh cannot be shipped via Express services
  • Maximum of 2 batteries below 4500mAh or 100Wh per drone shipment
  • Additional carrier or country-specific restrictions may apply

If required by carrier or regulatory restrictions, batteries may be removed from express shipments or alternative shipping methods may be required.

If your order is affected, alternative shipping methods will automatically be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Acceptance

Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery operations are managed by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring shipment tracking
  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Ensuring successful delivery acceptance at the destination address

If a customer authorizes a carrier to leave a parcel without signature or at a designated safe location, liability for loss or theft may transfer to the customer after delivery confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping costs caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Returned shipments
  • Address correction fees

may be charged to the customer.


Refused, Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, returned due to unpaid customs charges, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address information, all associated shipping costs, customs fees, return shipping charges, and carrier handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds can only be processed once the returned shipment has arrived back at our warehouse.

Additional processing time may occur due to customs and international transport procedures outside our control.


Damaged, Lost or Stolen Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please document the package condition immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours after delivery.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.

Claims regarding lost or stolen shipments after delivery confirmation may require carrier investigation procedures before resolution.


Seasonal & Operational Delays

During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, severe weather conditions, or periods of high carrier workload, processing and delivery times may be extended.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during such periods.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Reviewing local import regulations
  • Paying any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding imported products and batteries

We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure about possible import charges before placing an order.
