To request a repair service please first read our short instructions below. The 'Request Now' button on the bottom will open our repair ticket system page.
PACKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Please pack your equipment with sufficient cushioning inside the box to prevent further damage during transport. You MUST INCLUDE a paper with Full Name, Address, Email and Phone number. Add your Emails with Support, Screenshots or a short written explanation so we can clearly see at first glance: Who you are and what service you need.
ONLY FOR EU COUNTRIES:
Shipments from outside the EU like the UK, Switzerland or Norway are not accepted and will be rejected upon arrival.
STEP 01: ENTER YOUR DETAILS
Keep it short but detailed! Use the Remarks / Comments field to describe the situation so we can start to diagnose or repair as fast as possible.

- Post Service is NOT recommended!
- We can provide return labels for most regions in Europe, if not possible you will be notified after ticket creation.
- You will pay for the return label with the final repair invoice.
- Free return labels are provided for Warranty Repairs of course.
STEP 02 (A): SELECT PRODUCTS [OPTIONAL]
This section is for you to select the product you want us to repair. The 'Sr # /Part #/ SKU' field is optional (it might be on the packaging). In the 'Your Comments' field you can further describe your problem or request for this particular product.
