Everyone is aware of the dangers that come with LiPo batteries. Some have even experienced one catching fire.

With the MODSTER BAT-SAFE, we offer you robust and reliable protection for your LiPo batteries.

The product was developed by Tom Mast, a renowned aerospace engineer and passionate model pilot. The idea came to him after his house nearly caught fire. The BAT-SAFE is designed so that batteries can be charged and stored inside it. Charging cables are guided outside through a flame-resistant opening.

If a battery catches fire, the pressure created inside can be safely vented through the top ventilation holes, while the smoke is filtered to prevent harmful substances from escaping.

Inside the box, temperatures can reach up to 800°C during a fire. Thanks to special insulation, the bottom and side walls reach a maximum of 80°C, while the escaping gas reaches a maximum of 150°C.

• 5x 850mAh 4S LiPo batteries
